NADIMS NEIGHBORHOOD CONVENIENCE CENTER located at the intersection of Rugar Street and Military Turnpike Road in Plattsburgh, New York, provides a 5,000 sq. ft. retail convenience store with other smaller tenants and a gas dispensing facility. The project involved phasing of new construction while the existing facility (scheduled for demolition) was still fully operational. Management of the construction process allowed the owner to be opened and operational during the entire project. |
