The D&H Railroad Station project, located in Plattsburgh’s Historic Point District, was completely renovated to the Federal Department of the Interior’s Standards for Historic Rehabilitation. The scope of work included stone foundation stabilization, brick and stonework restoration, removal and re-installation of slate roof and copper snow slides, rehabilitation of doors, windows, millwork, and the unobtrusive installation of new electrical and mechanical systems. |
