This Firm has an established management system utilized for all design projects that has evolved and has been defined by our previous project experience. The key elements in our management system are as follows:

The Project Design Manager is selected from the licensed professionals in the Firm who have the best qualifications to address the Client’s needs. This establishes a single-point of contact and responsibility between the Firm and the Client for the entire duration of the project.

 

The assigned Manager is also the Chief Design Professional responsible for the project. He will be intimately familiar with the project from conception to completion and co-ordinate the efforts of the entire project team.

 

All communications, correspondence, design decisions, approvals, and meeting are channeled through the Project Design Manager. The Manager is accessible to the client at all times.

 

The Project Design Manager keeps the other professionals in the firm up-to-date on his project at the weekly office meeting, as well as keeping the Client updated on a continuous basis. The Manager constantly updates schedules and budgets to ensure a successful completion of the Project.

 

The single-point of contact management approach allows the design professional who is the Project Design Manager to insure the timely delivery of services to the benefit of the Client. Our management method facilitates direct contact between the design professional in charge and the client, ensuring the design professional is involved in all decisions on the project.
