The firm Architecture, Engineering, and Land Surveying Northeast, PLLC, (AES Northeast) provides Architectural, Engineering, Land Surveying, Planning, and Construction Management Services for all types of infrastructure, facilities, and land use projects.  AES Northeast was formed in 1999 as a result of merging local engineering, surveying, and architectural firms whose origins dated back to 1988.  Although our clients and projects are diverse, we focus on Institutional, Municipal, and Commercial projects, including municipal facilities and infrastructure, educational and healthcare facilities, and commercial site development.  In addition to the standard support services traditionally considered as part of the project design, our capabilities extend toward meeting specialized client needs, including Construction Management.

Our range of capabilities and expertise is wide.  We have built a solid reputation providing diverse services to clients throughout upstate New York.  With our wide range of services under one roof, we can provide better integrated, holistic solutions for our clients. Should a project have such complexity or scale that a subconsultant would enhance the design team, we then supplement our own expertise by maintaining close ties with specialized consultants such as asbestos abatement designers, geotechnical engineers and aerial mapping firms.  We also have extensive expertise in Construction Management, which offers our clients an alternative to the traditional general contractor and design-bid-build process.

The substantial growth we’ve experienced in our Architectural, Engineering and Land Surveying departments during recent years is due primarily to the quality of our staff and the excellent work they produce.  We are constantly providing training and educational opportunities to all of our dedicated staff.

The firm utilizes state-of-the-art CADD technology to provide accurate, consistent, and comprehensive documents for each project.  Cost effectiveness and value are key considerations in our building and civil/site designs.  Our services are ON TIME and ON BUDGET.
