Erin Sears, Intern Architect, Raises Money for the

Leukemia and Lymphoma Society

Erin joined the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training program.  This program trains people to accomplish athletic goals in order to raise money needed to fund research to find a cure for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life for patients and families affected by these diseases.  Erin’s goal was to raise $3,600 for this great cause, but with her persistence, she raised a whopping $4,114 ($650 from AES contributions).  Erin ran 26.2 miles on June 4, 2006 in the Rock-N-Roll San Diego Marathon and finished in 5 hours and 26 minutes.
