AES Northeast, PLLC, is pleased to announce the appointment of James E. Dougan to the newly created position of ‘Construction Manager’.  Jim will be responsible for the management and administration of AES projects during the bidding and construction phases.  He will also assist in design, document review, estimating/budgeting and scheduling of all projects.

Jim’s credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree from Clarkson University in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management, along with over 14 years experience as a construction manager.  He has completed numerous Institutional , retail and commercial projects with key responsibility for municipal approvals, construction budgeting, scheduling, contract administration and project quality control.  Some

of Jim’s key projects include:

· 395 Woodcliff Drive, Perington, New York—An 80,000 SF Class A commercial office building.

· Chenango Towne Centre, Norwich, New York—A retail shopping centre with Price Chopper anchor store and 30,000 SF of retail shops.

· Sterling House Assisted Living Facilities in Niagra Falls, Saratoga Springs and Ithaca, New York -30,000 SF / 53 bed—Assisted Senior Housing.
