Ms. Sears has concentrated primarily on architectural projects for the past (5) years working as an Intern Architect with AES Northeast.  Her experience includes all phases of design, from preliminary verification of existing conditions and Schematic Phase through Design Development to Construction Documents.  She also has gained an understanding of construction by reviewing submittals, performing site visits and recording field reports.  The types of projects Ms. Sears has focused on are commercial, institutional, educational and residential.
