Cottonwood Crossing

Cottonwood Crossing is a Mixed-Use planned urban development (PUD). Two buildings have been completed under AES’s designs with a third about to commence construction. AES’s First two buildings in Cottonwood Crossing were Mixed use with 32,000sf of Commercial and Retail with 54 units of residential above. Building C1 will commence construction in the fall of 2022 and will add 21 units of housing. Located Adjacent to Maple Tree Place and across from Finney Crossing, Cottonwood crossing continues responsible high-density growth in the heart of Williston’s Urban District, reducing spawl in the Town Center and rural districts. Fulfilling a demand for housing in Chittenden county, all of the apartments had deposits 2 months prior to construction completion. Four additional Multi-Family and Mixed-Use buildings are planned along with 15 townhouse units providing a diversity of housing and small business opportunities all within one-walkable community.
