Our team was tasked with the design of a multi-use building for Champlain College student housing in downtown, Burlington. 174 St. Paul Street is a 176,000 square foot apartment building designed to house 314 students in downtown Burlington, Vermont. The multi-use building has retail space along the street, with terraced plazas and two undercover parking garages. The design process went through an extensive zoning permit due to its use as college housing, significant size, and location.
