In 1988, AES Northeast was founded by Engineer Wayne Ryan and Surveyor Scott Allen. In ten years’ time, they’d evolve to bring on an Architect division to become what you know today as AES (Architecture, Engineering & Surveying) Northeast.
Fast forward to today, and AES Northeast is a team of more than 30 staff with offices in Plattsburgh, NY and Burlington, VT. Our talented team has completed projects all over the region, in the communities you live, work or play in.
