Champlain College: Miller Center

We worked closely with Champlain College to determine space needs and program requirements for a number of College administrative departments and educational programs that were to be relocated to a new off campus location at Lakeside Avenue. The approximately 39,000sf, 3-story building was designed to sit amongst its industrial neighbors in Burlington’s South End. The interior layout provides unique core areas surrounded by flexible open space to meet ever-changing department needs and uses.
