With an extensive career spanning over twenty-nine years, Brad is an engineer and executive manager renowned for a pragmatic, analytical approach, and a keen eye for detail. Brad’s leadership style is distinguished by the ability to effectively bridge communication among project stakeholders, ensuring the seamless achievement of financial and technical objectives. Mr. Noviski’s hands-on experience and methodical mindset have been pivotal in maintaining industry excellence and driving project success.   Brad is honored to work with local municipalities, local businesses and AES as a whole, to plan and manage water & sewer related projects that have a profound impact on the residents of the North Country. Brad works hard, but he plays hard too. He’s an avid outdoorsman – he’s a big snowboarder in winter months and loves whitewater rafting when the ice melts and he’s an aspiring 46er. When he’s inside – he’s an accomplished ‘Luthier’, or a builder of guitars.
