As Resident Project Representative for AES Northeast, Charlie provides full-time representation, utilizing his 35 years as a Construction Field Superintendent, for the Engineer and Owner during the entire construction project. He has been the RPR on the following projects: Mountain Lake Academy – Sewage System Replacement Town of Ticonderoga – Well Control Building, Clean Water Main, Lead Service Line Replacement Program and Veteran’s Road Water Main Distribution Line Town of Crown Point – Water System Upgrades and Wastewater System Upgrades and Disinfection Town of Ausable – Sewer Collection System
