Mike joined AES in 2020 with 42 years of Engineering & Maintenance experience in the Manufacturing Industry. Mike has provided expertise & leadership for many successful improvement projects and installations as well as major equipment repairs. He is experienced in capital project scope development, estimating and implementation of new installations. He has also facilitated planning, scheduling, and direction for several major facility outages. Since joining AES, Mike has worked as a Resident Project Representative, Construction Manager and is currently a Project Manager. While with AES, he has been involved in several different project aspects from interior structural platform replacements to construction of a $10 mm processing building expansion for a cheese manufacturing facility, all while the facility maintained operations. Mike has also supported outages and new equipment installations at the same facility. Mike has recently joined the Water Resources Team and evaluates current conditions and process performance with the intent to provide improvement. If Mike isn’t at the office, you’ll find him enjoying his summers boating on Lake Champlain or working on remodeling projects for his own home.
