Michael Metcalf

Mike provides Construction Management Services on all Civil and Water Resources projects for AES Northeast. Mike has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, including positions as a Resident Project Representative, Superintendent, and Project Manager on several large scale projects. Mike also has many years of municipal experience throughout upstate New York, researching client needs and providing sound, cost-effective solutions in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. In addition to providing critical quality control supervision, Mike’s extensive knowledge of construction materials and methods are a vital asset in delivering a quality project to the Owner.    When he’s not giving experienced oversight of ongoing construction projects, Mr. Metcalf says “hunting and fishing are my passion.” He loves trivia, learning new things and really enjoys cooking, particularly BBQ-style.
