Sandra Young-Brady, SHRM-CP

Sandy is AES’s Human Resource & Marketing Administrator, and she also works with our Funding & Compliance Division. She brings 20 years of marketing, recruitment, special events and community-outreach expertise to AES Northeast. Writing, content creation and organizational retention efforts are a few of the responsibilities Sandy has held throughout her career. She has authored hundreds of monthly newsletters directed at fellow staff, volunteers, families, donors, community groups, campaign partners and elected officials. By nature and by trade, Sandy is a communicator.  For AES, she oversees all marketing and recruitment and retention efforts, and she loves what she does. In her spare time, you may find Sandy running at a very unimpressive pace each morning, listening to a true crime podcast, slinging firewood or working on endless renovations to her home in the Adirondack mountains that she shares with her husband and two kids.
