Plattsburgh, NY/Burlington, VT — AES Northeast is proud to announce the promotion of Erin Allison, RA and Matthew Reed, RA to the role of Partner, recognizing their exceptional leadership, commitment to design excellence, and significant contributions to the firm’s success.

Erin Allison has been an integral part of the AES Northeast team since 2003. In the past two decades, Erin has had a proven track record of success leading commercial, institutional, municipal, educational, and residential projects. She is an architect deeply rooted in her community, approaching each project as a collaborative partnership with clients to create sustainable, beautiful infrastructure that serves both present and future generations.

Matthew Reed joined AES Northeast in 2021 and quickly distinguished himself as a thoughtful and dedicated architect, leader and mentor. With more than a decade of professional experience, Matt leads multi-divisional projects with a balance of strategic vision, technical rigor, and collaborative teamwork. Matthew’s love of what he does is evident in his designs and the care he brings to managing each project.
