Welcome to AES, Jeremy!

We're delighted to announce that our Architecture team is growing and now includes experienced Architect, Jeremy Greene, AIA (American Institute of Architects) & CPHC (Certified Passive House Consultant).

Jeremy brings more than 25 years of experience to the team. He is happily settled in our Vermont office.

AES is hosting the North Country Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event on April 16! Join us for a fun evening of community networking & good eats (catered by our friends at Latitude 44 Bistro). Meet the AES team, check out our projects and our beautiful Plattsburgh office building! RSVP here!

PROJECT SPOTLIGHT:

Essex Alliance Church has begun construction on a 3,000 sq. ft., two‑story addition! Led by contractor J.A. Morrissey, the addition will feature a café & lounge, meeting space, expanded storage, a new outdoor patio, as well as updates to the existing building to modernize systems and improve long-term efficiency. Looking good!

National Engineers Week 2/22-2/28

Though we do our best to acknowledge our talented Engineers daily, we lay it on especially thick during National Engineering Week! Being an Engineer is excruciatingly detail-oriented, continuously evolving and requires intense dedication & flexibility.

Even the path to becoming an Engineer begins with a curriculum deemed as one of the most academically demanding in higher education. When an Engineer earns the Professional Engineer (PE) title, it's only after passing two exams and acquiring 6+ years of experience. Only 50% of declared Engineering students will graduate with an Engineering degree.

Happy Engineers Week to the brilliant minds who turn imagination into reality. Thank you for your ingenuity and dedication.
